I'm getting a vacation this weekend all to myself!
Part of it is work but it is a small price to pay. Our family has a house right outside of Saluda, NC about 30 minutes below Asheville. We close it up for the winter and it is my job this weekend to open it up and get it ready for the season.
I'm here by myself and it is just nice to take a deep breath and let the stress of the week fall away up here in the cool of the mountains. Right now I am @ a local cafe that has free wifi so that I can get my online fix. Soon I will head back to the house (sans Internet) and enjoy a relaxing evening with a movie.
This is the good life.
